Standard Medical Cannabis Certification

Initial certifications for qualifying conditions in the state of Colorado. If you suffer from a condition that is disabling to your quality of life, such as PTSD, chronic pain caused by a variety of causes, to name just a few.  â€‹â€‹This is for a standard evaluation (6 plant/2 oz dried flower)

Cost of initial certification $150

Standard Medical Cannabis Recertification

Annual recertification to maintain standard medical cannabis card

Cost of Recertification $100**

EPC (Extended Plant Count) Certification

EPC (extended plant count) is a special license for those who need to grow more than 6 plants or buy more than 2 ounces of marijuana every day. This usually applies if you have a severe medical condition.
Cost of Evaluation $200

EPC (Extended Plant Count)      Re-Certification

Annual recertification to maintain EPC medical cannabis card

Cost of re-certification $150**

PTSD Evaluation and Diagnosis

If you haven't been formally diagnosed with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) but believe you may have it, we can conduct an evaluation to determine if you meet the criteria for a diagnosis.

Cost of Evaluation $50**
**Please note, this price does not include the medical cannabis certification. This fee covers the evaluation and documentation of a diagnosis if one has not already been made.
